Pickup Winders

I'm in the process of creating a good pickup winder that will do what I need. Just thought I would share some different winders I have come across in the past.

Leo Fender's Winder from the first G&L shop... notice the dirt simple design (thats a sewing machine motor) and the mechanical counter driven with rubber bands.....

And some other very nicely build winders...did I mention how nice these are? With mechanical and electric counters.

Here's a pretty sweet video I found at another blog, feel free to send me any '54 strats that you may have sitting around, or any strats for that matter!

In The Beginning

My hopes are that this will become a place for all things guitar, a place to show my work and the work of others, and perhaps generate interest.
